Seems like the usual spamming outfit, operating from China. Too bad the Chinese don't recycle these scumbags' organs right away when they catch them. Hosting a site directed against the Chinese government could be a good thing for removing that hoster from the internet for some time. And now you can guess why alphanet.ch has instituted this policy. Actually a policy European IP providers should adopt right away - this would solve the Chinese spam problem once and for all. Or of course, mass-testing spammers if they are as bullet-proof as the hosting service they run. What will the Chinese run out first? Ammo or spammers?
